COLOR, CONSTRUCTION and CARE
Due to the use of threads being woven together to produce the design within the actual fibers of these items, color variation is to be expected between the product image shown and final product, due to the variance in threads utilized in production as well as screen and photo light differences. I try my best to create as close of a representation to the actual product within my photos, but there will be differences. For instance: White color is more close to cream/off white. Please note the photo's below to see an example of the color differences before purchasing.
All sales are final, therefore we do not offer returns or refunds. (see below for more details)
1. What are the woven blankets made of?
Our blankets are made with 100% cotton threads, ensuring a soft and cozy feel.
What are the woven pillows made of?
The pillows are 58% cotton and 42% polyester threads and are generously filled with premium polyester fiber cushion filling and sewn shut.
2. Are the blankets and pillows printed or woven?
Our blankets and pillows are Woven, Not Printed. This creates a unique texture, depth, and adds a warmth to the colors that are truly stunning.
Our pillows are 2 sided with the same woven design on each side.
3. How do I care for the woven blankets?
To keep your blanket looking its best, we recommend machine washing it on a gentle cycle with cold water. Tumble dry on low or air dry to maintain its softness and colors. Do not bleach.
How do I care for the woven pillows?
Spot clean & dry clean only. Do not bleach.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, RUSH ORDERS, SPECIAL ORDERS
1. Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?
Because each item is made-to-order just for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. I will of course correct any items that are incorrect or damaged by shipping a new one to you. Closeup photos of the defective/incorrect area will be required for an assessment of the damage/mistake by the manufacturer.
While I work hard to ensure product photos are as accurate as possible, please note computer and device monitors can cause color variations. For this reason, I cannot give refunds for color variances. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me as I want to make sure you're happy!
2. Can I Cancel an order before it ships?
I work with an outside weaver to have all my items woven and shipped. Once you place your order, the production process starts. Unfortunately I am unable to stop it. Once your item is ordered, it's immediately sent to our production partner and cannot be stopped. However, you can absolutely get in touch to see if there's any chance of cancelling, but I can't guarantee anything.
3. Can you do RUSH orders?
No, unfortunately we cannot accept rush orders due to various production times and shipping times.
4. When will my package arrive?
Production times can vary from 5-8 working days (not including weekends) and shipping times will vary due to your location. Items will be shipped from the East Coast of the U.S. If a tracking number is available it will be provided for your order.
I advise you to take this information into consideration if you are needing your item(s) by a specific date, especially during the Holiday Season!
Please note I cannot offer a refund for any shipping delays, but if USPS determines the package is lost, I will ship a new one!
5. Do you ship Internationally?
We only ship to the Continental United States at this time.
6. Special Orders
I do not accept Special Orders at this time. However, if you have a design idea you would like me to attempt, I would love your input.
